Full-Service Account Management
Each client is assigned a management team which includes a senior account manager, a junior account executive and administrative support staff. Our VP/Director of Client Services acts as the team leader and directly monitors the progress of each account. Our President/CEO, Daniel Spelling, directly presides over brand positioning and strategic messaging. We also provide our clients with frequent action plans and status reports including: weekly updates, monthly progress reports, quarterly status reports and quarterly strategy sessions. Moreover, our management system is accountable and quick to respond to the ever-changing circumstances of business.
