Dan Spelling is a senior level executive with many years of in-depth experience in strategic communications, reputation management, brand development and management consulting. He is also the CEO/founder of Spelling Communications, a well-established corporate public relations firm and parent company of Spelling Consulting. He has provided public relations, marketing and business consulting services to scores of influential companies such as Intel, Charter Media, Univision, EDS, ASI Entertainment, Adlink, Quantel, and The Gersh Agency. His firm’s combined work product has resulted in massive brand awareness and bottom–line growth for his clients.
Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Spelling’s earlier positions included: Director of Account Services at Design Communications, an advertising/creative services agency; Media Coordinator for the public relations firm P.J. Roth & Associates; founding partner of Reed/Spelling Associates, a publishing rights/marketing agency; VP of Sales/Marketing at Book Source, a national book distribution and marketing firm; and consultant/book packager for Perigee Books, a division of Putnam Publishing Group.  
Mr. Spelling is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, the American Marketers Association and the Public Relations Society of America. He is listed in “Who’s Who in America” and “Who’s Who in Business” and has served on numerous advisory boards including Variety’s Showbiz Expo, the IDG EnterTech Expo, the Hollywood Reporter’s Post LA Expo, the Children’s Bureau, Multi Media Tutorial (NASDAQ-MMTS) and ImmuneRegen Bionsciences (IRBO). Mr. Spelling is frequently a guest speaker at top-tier professional forums such as The Private Equity Conference at the Yale Club in New York and The Strategic Research Institute’s Marketing Conference. He has also been a guest lecturer at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication.


> Colin Ritchie

Colin Ritchie has worked within the entertainment industry for over 20 years. His career has taken him around the globe many times working with the world's most advanced post-production companies, broadcasters and manufacturers.
In the early nineties Ritchie focused his attentions on the infant business of digital effects in the motion picture industry, joining Eastman Kodak's Cineon team. Working with a new breed of post-production company, Ritchie began the deployment of digital film technology in the United States and Europe. Joining Quantel's film division in 1994, Ritchie continued the deployment of high performance hardware working with the visual effects' teams on Stargate, Independence Day and Lost in Space. From there he continued his relationship within the visual effects industry by working on some of the early previsualization technology, and worked closely with visual effects companies developing higher performance platforms.
In 2001 Ritchie was at 5D where he and the 5D team promoted a ground breaking graphics workstation, and introduced the Colossus digital intermediate color corrector which was truly the first digital intermediate color correction system to be deployed in this industry. Ritchie has gained considerable knowledge of the digital intermediate process, working with companies such as Sony Imageworks and assisting them to complete projects such as Stuart Little II.
In 2002, Ritchie founded Aarmadillo, a sales & service resource for post-production companies, OEMs and software developers. He is a member of the Visual Effects Society & The Hollywood Post Alliance


> Peter Criswell*

Peter Criswell is a veteran of the securities industry who began his career at Merrill Lynch in the late ‘60’s. In the ensuing years, he entered the entrepreneurial arena where he oversaw and ran several successful start-up companies in the entertainment and communications industries.
 Mr. Criswell then dedicated 10 years of his career to equity trading for a private hedge fund, before adding risk management and insurance planning to his extensive investment background through his work with Northwestern Mutual.
In 2007, he started Kellogg Wealth Advisors, Inc., a registered investment advisor that provides financial and insurance planning strategies to individuals and privately held businesses.
Criswell is well steeped in the media & entertainment industry, holding many senior positions at production and post production studios throughout his career. These include: Video Production Manager at EUE/Screen Gems, VP Network Production and Affiliate Relations at Intervideo and Executive VP at Vidcom Post. This nexus of media and financial expertise makes Criswell qualified to deliver custom financial solutions for those in the media and entertainment sector.
